About

The short story

BWI® exists because we needed it and could not buy it. INT, our parent company, was paying the same costs our customers pay: switching between consoles to finish one piece of work, trying to explain a chatbot’s output to a regulator, and holding one brand across nine vendor portals. We built the platform to stop paying those costs ourselves, ran our own company on it, and opened it up so other businesses could do the same.

BWI is the intelligence operations platform for businesses that need to be accountable for what their tools produce: many products on a single kernel, sharing a single identity layer, a single brand identity store, a single relationship graph, a single intelligence pipeline, and a single audit trail.

The lineage

INT has been building intelligence layers for new technologies since the 1990s. INT’s promise is the foundation of BWI’s promise: Our Purpose is YOUR Business. A genuine partnership where the customer’s success is the measure of ours.

BWI inherits more than a promise. It inherits a SOC 2 control environment, decades of operational discipline, and a standard for shipping work that survives a procurement review. The platform is its own product, with its own engineering, its own roadmap, and its own brand.

The four pillars

The platform is built on four commitments. Every page on this site is one of them.

Engineered for results. Structured, repeatable output. The same prompt produces the same shape of result tomorrow that it produces today. The pipeline is the platform.

Built to the standard. Architected to ISO 42001 from day one. Full prompt control, full audit, encryption everywhere. SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 42001 certification targeted ahead of general availability.

Dedicated by design. Every customer instance is its own deployment, its own database, its own isolation boundary. Single-tenancy as the default. Per-customer or per-entity isolation enforced beneath the product code.

Owned by you. Your data is yours. Exportable any time, in usable formats, without negotiating. A commitment, not a feature.

Beyond the four: every intelligence call is scoped, logged, and explainable. New providers and new models slot in without code releases. A ten-person business deserves the same infrastructure quality as a thousand-person organization. The standard does not change with the headcount.
